When I woke, my tummy was still felt a bit warm. I began the day with another ginger compress (1/2 hr) using the water from the night before, re-heated on the stove, but not boiled.
I have no record of what I ate this day, though I do know I had a piece of pizza (forget what kind) and a half piece of the dessert pizza pictured above.
