buckwheat pancakes w/ apple-blueberry-raisin-kuzu sauce (me ‘n steph) not sure what, but i did something wrong with these.. i think i didn’t put the mix in a warm enough place (recipe called for it to sit overnight), and i didn’t use enough oil or the temperature was off when frying.. and the sauce was a bit runny.. we’ll try these again soon and see how...

this day showed a marked divergence from our eating plan of late. i went to edmonton with a friend from calgary to see tool in concert at rexall place (also why this post is half a day late). it was an awesome show. not so awesome food was consumed (my stomach was not happy with me during the concert, i had a few medium/mild pains), though it was tasty.
