lunch: 5 rolls of brown rice veggie sushi and tamari soy sauce and a glass of organic apple juice
snacks: three oatmeal raisin cookies, an oatmeal raisin muffin, a can of canada dry and some jagermeister
dinner: two veggie burgers w/ lettuce, relish, mustard, and ketchup on whole wheat, and some multigrain tostitos w/ salsa

dinner: whole wheat hummus pita w/ lettuce, onion, cucumber, pickle, black olive, sprouts, hot peppers, tzatziki + chipotle sauce
snacks: red bull, jagermeister, oatmeal raisin cookies, and...

brunch: wrapper jack’s original wrap w/ falafel, rice, and veggies on whole wheat (no sauce - it was actually quite good) and a glass of water
snacks: two oatmeal muffins, four oatmeal + raising cookies w/ glass of chocolate almond milk, and a couple glasses of water
I also took a ginger bath at the end of the day, and weighed in at about 145 lbs afterward

dinner: whole wheat pita w/ hummus, lettuce, onion, pickle, black olive, hot pepper, feta, and a bit of pepper w/ tzatziki and a bit of chipotle sauce
beverages: glass of red wine, glass of water
still not quite up to the recovery diet, but avoided the late night snacking!

dinner: jamie sandwich w/ black olives, hot peppers, onions, tomato, lettuce, mayo, and while I didn’t order it, I got some deli meat on there too… and fries
snacks: chocolate almond milk, cookies, cranberry muffin, kashi granola bar, and butterscotch pudding
again, the oatmeal is acceptable, the rest...

not really holding to the recover diet much this day - the oatmeal’s ok, but that’s about it…
