The Mobuku Chronicles →
Check out this YouTube channel for a bunch of interesting stuff. This guy is the author of a book I read titled, “The End of Medicine,” which is what convinced me (along with a few other books I’ve read) to further explore and undertake a macrobiotic practice, including remedies, particularly the ginger compress.

I have been studying Oriental diagnosis for the past twenty-five years, and I will continue as a student for the rest of my life. My attitude as a beginner ensures that I will always learn. In the process, I hope I will develop my...

Evolution in the Human Life Cycle
As infants, we move our limbs laterally in what is called the homologous position, like an alligator or other reptile. The next stage of movement is homolateral or cross-patterning - that is, we crawl by coordinating, the movements of the right arm and left leg, and the left arm and right leg. This is the pattern of all four-legged animals. Eventually, we stand up and walk. This completes...

Meridian Diagnosis and the Five Transformations
“Each of us has, at one time or another, experienced a mysterious pain somewhere in our body for which we have no explanation. We haven’t got the foggiest idea of how the pain originated, why it chose this particular place in the body, or how we can treat it, except by taking some type of painkiller. Other symptoms come and go without our understanding them, either. A rash, for...

Who or What Are the Djinn? →
“… There are male and female Djinn, and they do marry and have families. The family relatives are bonded together in clans that are ruled by a king.
