morning weigh-in 143lbs
lunch @ 1pm - curried tuna melt w/ carrot, potato + dill soup and an americano
snack @ 2pm - unsweetened date square and another americano
In this picture of my feet, I notice that both my little toes curl in… this means something in TCM diagnosis, but I can’t recall what at the moment… I will post an update soon about my experiences with eczema, and what I reckon about myself utilizing TCM diagnosis.
