morning weigh-in 146lbs (fully clothed)
brunch @ noon - dark roast coffee, a BLT w/ Avocado, and a bowl of veggie soup
coffee @ 1pm - dark roast coffee
dinner @ 5:30pm - veggie burrito w/ onion, peppers, pinto beans, rice, med green salsa, and guacamole on whole wheat
coffee @ 10:30pm - black coffee
late-night @ ~4am - two eggs sunny-side up, cubed potatoes w/ ketchup, and flax toast w/ butter + orange marmalade
