breakfast @ 9:33am - steel cut oatmeal w/ red river cereal, kamut flakes, hemp hearts, and dried cranberries
lunch @ 1:05pm - roasted veg w/ olive oil, ume plum vinegar, basil + cayenne pepper, SG brown rice w/ roasted sesame seeds (black + white) and kale, all topped w/ green onion
coffee @ 5:46pm - black
dinner @ 6:23pm - roasted veg, SG brown rice w/ sesame seeds + kale, and green onion (I had made extra earlier)
snack @ 12:35am - two strips of bacon, two eggs over-easy, breakfast potatoes, multigrain toast w/ orange marmalade, whole wheat pancakes w/ syrup + a bit of butter, and black coffee
took a ginger bath before bed @ 1:43am
