Children Want to Be Treated as Humans...
This is precisely my experience. While the article makes an interesting case for ‘robot teachers’ I think that the same can be achieved by human teachers if they just have patience and don’t judge, because that’s all that children are looking for - to be treated as equals and with patience and understanding.
Children want to learn in an environment that adapts to their personal needs and skills. They want someone (or something) at their side that supports them in the learning process but does not judge or shame them when they have a problem.
