brunch @ 3:46pm - buckwheat, red river cereal + rye flakes w/ roasted sunflower seeds, hemp hearts + dried cranberries
dinner @ 6:35pm - leftover veg soup, reheated on the stovetop w/ some roasted sesame seeds + green onion
snack @ 7:46 - muffin + juice
coffee @ 9:41 - black
snack @ 1:44am - buckwheat, red river cereal + rye flakes w/ roasted walnuts + dried cranberries
snack @ 4:55am - an apple
