breakfast @ 9:21am - steel cut oats, red river cereal + kamut flakes w/ roasted walnuts, hemp hearts + dried cranberries, and a glass of water

snack @ 12:37pm - an apple

lunch @ 1:06pm - whole wheat pita + hummus w/ cayenne pepper + green onion

snack @ 5:40pm - an apple

dinner @ 6:49pm - brown rice, roasted rutabaga, steamed kale + cilantro

snack @ 8:04pm - an apple
