breakfast @ 9:05am - crackers w/ pb+j, a bowl of buckwheat, red river cereal + kamut flakes w/ roasted walnuts, hemp hearts + dried cranberries, and a glass of water

lunch @ 2:05pm - all-you-can-eat-sushi w/ my son: seaweed salad, spring rolls w/ sauce, rice + sauteed veg, tempura veg, udon soup, tempura yam roll, cucumber + avocado roll, mango + veg roll, mango tempura roll, green tea, and water

skipped dinner (worked 3pm to 4am)

snack @ 12:17am - coffee + chipotle snack wrap from mcd’s

snack @ 4:28am - cheerios, doritos, and a few crackers w/ peanut butter
