brunch @ 9:56am - red river cereal, rolled oats + kamut flakes w/ sliced apple, hemp hearts + toasted almonds, peanuts, walnuts + sunflower seeds
snack @ 3:36pm - apple + banana (shared w/ my son)
My son and I went to a buddy’s place and cooked dinner for him, his wife, and us (they invited me to as they’re considering altering their diet some). After dinner Stephen had fun playing with my buddy’s remote controlled airhog mini helicopter - the thing is pretty resilient!! He had a blast with it, so I think I’ll be getting one for him at some point I think.
