breakfast @ 4:39am - brown toast w/ pb, hemp hearts + sunflower seeds

lunch @ 1:08pm - steel cut oats w/ red river cereal, buckwheat, dried apricot, hemp hearts, roasted kale, roasted walnuts + green onion

snack @ 3:22pm - bowl of dry nestle cereal w/ peanuts

dinner @ 7:51pm - bowl of cavena nuda w/ roasted veggies (daikon, radish, onion, carrot, and zucchini), toasted sesame seeds, black olive + green onion

snack @ 9:19pm - granola bar
