tea @ 9:51am - bancha hojicha (roasted green tea)

lunch @ 12:01pm - roasted veg sandwich w/ sliced apple, pita chips, fruit + nut bar + huckleberry crumble

cocktails @ 5:41pm - caesar + red wine

dinner @ 6:55pm - portabello mushroom stack, potatoes, carrots, green beans w/ almonds, pasta + strawberry spinach salads + a whole wheat bun

dessert @ 7:31pm - two slices of chocolate cake

drink @ ~8pm - pint of grapefruit beer

drink @ ~9:30pm - glass of armangac

snack @ 10:24pm - organic pb on toast w/ hemp hearts + flax
