lunch @ 1:08pm - steel cut oats w/ red river cereal, buckwheat, dried apricot, hemp hearts, roasted kale, roasted walnuts + green onion
snack @ 3:22pm - bowl of dry nestle cereal w/ peanuts
dinner @ 7:51pm - bowl of cavena nuda w/ roasted veggies (daikon, radish, onion, carrot, and zucchini), toasted sesame seeds, black olive + green onion
snack @ 9:19pm - granola bar

lunch @ 1pm - smoothie w/ banana, steamed cabbage, cucumber, flax seeds, hemp hearts, steamed kale, and water (from steaming) + ice, a pb granola bar, and crackers w/ pb+j, hemp hearts + peanuts
snack @ 3pm - sliced apple w/ pb
dinner @ 6pm - green tea and a bowl of rice vermicelli w/ veg spring rolls, veggies + fish sauce
dessert - fortune cookie
snack @ 9pm - crackers w/ pb + hemp heartsĀ
